Compiles the project. Default profile is
.B \-\-debug .
On success, updates
.B .dcr/build-info.json
and
.B .dcr/toolchain.json
when applicable.

Build with debug profile (default). Enables debug symbols.

.B \-\-release
Build with release profile. Enables full optimization.

Cross-compile for the given target.

Force a full rebuild, ignoring cached artifacts.

Clean before building.
