feat: implement global ESP and stabilize message hooks

- Added PLAYER_DATA for global player state tracking.
- Hooked Radar, Health, ScoreAttrib, and ResetHUD messages.
- Fixed PVS-limited ESP by utilizing radar data fallback.
- Secured message hooks by removing fragile offsets and adding safety checks.
- Fixed i32/usize type mismatches and ensured stable compilation.
